Holistic Wellness Consultation Details

The private practice at KatWB.com has been at full capacity for several years, with limited availability for new clients. However, there is an active waitlist for non-recurring appointments. To inquire about availability or to be added to the waitlist, please contact the office at office@katwb.com.

Session Information

  • All sessions are conducted over the phone.

  • For most international clients, calls are made via Skype (audio only) or WhatsApp.

  • You will be contacted at the scheduled time of your appointment.

Payment Information

  • After your session, an invoice will be emailed for payment, which is due the same day.

  • Invoices must be paid within 7 days to avoid a $20 late fee for each week the payment is overdue.

  • Financial aid recipients must keep a card on file, which will be charged the day of the session, or pre-payment will occur on the first business day of the month.

  • Email Sessions require pre-payment and will be delivered within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • Connecticut residents are subject to a 6.35% sales tax on all services and goods.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

Cancellations

  • To cancel an appointment, please contact office@katwb.com.

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee.

  • "No-shows" or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.

  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived for true emergencies.

Refunds

All session fees are non-refundable, except for prepaid sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance, in which case a full refund will be issued.
