Holistic Wellness Consultation Details:

Holistic Wellness Consultations are booked through the online booking system that is provided. By booking a session with Kat you are automatically agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

All of Kat’s sessions are provided through the phone.  
For most international calls Kat will call you via Skype phone (not video).
Kat will call you at the scheduled time of the appointment. 

Payment Information:

After commencement of your appointment, phone clients will be emailed a service invoice. Payment for any services are due immediately at the conclusion of your session. Emailed invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt to avoid a late fee. Late fees are an additional $20 per week.
Email Sessions require payment prior to receipt of service. Email sessions will be sent 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. 
If you are Connecticut resident (USA)  an additional 6.35% CT sales tax will be applied to goods or services sold to Connecticut residents.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).
*Connecticut residents are subject to an additional 6.35% CT sales tax. Holistic Wellness services provided by phone outside Connecticut are not required to include sales tax.


If the event arises where you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so through the self-serve account which was created through the online system. Simply log-in and cancel or change your appointment. Please note that cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment within 24 hours, there is a cancellation fee of 15% for any service.
"No Show" appointments will be charged the FULL service fee.


All holistic wellness session fees are non-refundable, with the exception of pre-paid sessions which have been cancelled prior to the 24 hour notification window. In this case your total payment will be refunded.
